How about running a regular set of TRIAD only gangs <6 toons to ensure we get more fights.
Once we started getting some success I think this would be a good advert for the rest of TRIAD activities ... "Lead TRIAD Gang" could even be introduced as a mission type dependant on PvP experience?

Following this, i lowered the standign need for Agency members to access the Campaigns section from 0.15 to 0.05. This is to encourage newer members to be able to participate in Campaigns sooner 
Campaings enable a member to take up a campaign as FC with their own set date/time for all other members to sign up to that campaign. |
